Complaints

A notification of alleged unlawful activity on this site must be in writing addressed to:

Your notication must contain the following details:
(a) Your full name/s and address or if, you act in a representative capacity, the full name and address of the person or organization that you represent;
(b) your written or electronic signature;
(c) particulars of the right(s) that you allege have been infringed;
(d) identification of the material or activity that is claimed to be the subject of the remedial action required to be taken in respect of the complaint, if you allege that copyright infringement then your notification must contain;
(i) reasonably sufficient details to enable iCommons Ltd. to identify the work claimed to be infringed or, if multiple works are claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works (for example: title, author, any registration or tracking number, URL);
(ii) reasonably sufficient detail to enable iCommons Ltd. to identify and locate the material that is claimed to be infringing (for example, a link to the page that contains the material);
(f) your telephonic and electronic contact details;
(g) a statement that the you are acting in good faith;
(h) a statement that the information in the notification is to your knowledge true and correct.

iCommons will assess complaints and make a determination whether the material should be removed, and if it is, we will attempt to notify the content contributor of such action.

iCommons may occasionally amend this Complaints policy to reflect regulatory requirements or changes in our complaint processing practices. If this Complaints policy changed, the new effective date will be noted here. You should therefore return here regularly to view our most up-to-date Complaints policy.
